Tom moved to London in 2009 and first started his agency recruitment career in Financial Services IT, before nearly a decade working in-house at PwC, Capgemini and Deutsche Bank.

His expertise lies in the Digital Transformation/Advisory market, particularly ERP, EPM and Hyperscale Cloud. He has built a deep understanding of the business drivers and culture in the Consulting world whilst delivering large scale recruitment campaigns and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion initiatives.

Now as Client Account Director at Time Sourcing Tom remains fully hands-on, fostering relationships with his Consultancy client base.

Having escaped to the country with his family he can usually be found in the Cotswolds when not visiting clients, or taking a break to brave the windswept beaches on the west coast of Ireland. Otherwise, he’ll be fine tuning his home barista skills, attempting to reclaim some swimming proficiency at the gym or passionately advocating his latest podcast recommendation.
