Grant began his career in recruitment 1992, initially working with Cobol, Cics & DB2 finance professionals before progressing into ERP and SAP in ’98, he is a passionate people person, excited by the opportunities created by today’s technology.

Having gained deep market experience working with many people & organisations across Europe and the Middle East, he is culturally astute and fascinated with the dynamics and challenges of the changing workplace around the globe today.

As a director of Time Sourcing, Grant is responsible for delivering recruitment solutions to his primarily end client, client base. As the office has developed, he has taken additional operational responsibilities ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Outside of the office Grant is a keen Scuba diver, fascinated by the tranquillity and infinite detail offered by diving, he has gained instructor ratings from PADI and BSAC, and will happily share experiences over a glass of wine.
